{"id":12453,"date":"2026-03-05T00:31:21","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T08:36:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/stanowisko\/menadzer-projektow-k-m-budownictwo-drogowe-projekty-miejskie-tramwajowe\/"},"modified":"2026-03-05T10:59:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T09:59:45","slug":"skanska-sa-menadzer-projektow-k-m-budownictwo-drogowe-projekty-miejskie-tramwajowe-lodz-polska","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=12453","title":{"rendered":"Menad\u017cer Projekt\u00f3w (k\/m) \u2013 Budownictwo Drogowe \/ Projekty Miejskie Tramwajowe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>You will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>supervising and managing of the project in accordance with the schedule, tender and execution budget and proper preparation of financial forecasts (responsibility for the financial result on the project)<\/li>\n<li>contract administration<\/li>\n<li>risk management on the project along with the mitigation plan<\/li>\n<li>preparing of the contract organization structure, monitoring and managing the needs of the project in terms of human resources<\/li>\n<li>ensuring that equipment\u2019s, materials and procedures etc. are in place and support project execution<\/li>\n<li>supervising of the comprehensive project documentation<\/li>\n<li>building and maintaining proper relations with clients, contractors and institutions<\/li>\n<li>active participating market monitoring and participation in the tendering process<\/li>\n<li>safety overseeing on the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking for you, if you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a university degree in civil engineering and\/or management, finacial or other relevant<\/li>\n<li>an experience in conducting civil projects in a similar position, supported by a very good level of knowledge in the field of planning and management of a construction project<\/li>\n<li>strong leadership skills to lead, mentor, and motivate a team<\/li>\n<li>good knowledge of controlling and financial settlements in the project, including forecast preparation<\/li>\n<li>an ability to build long-term business relationships and developed negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>an ability to analyze data and draw conclusions<\/li>\n<li>highly developed communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>very good (written and spoken) Polish and English \u2013 min.
