With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world\u2019s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senior Project Manager \/ Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Location: POLAND (with special focus on Warsaw &amp; Wroclaw areas)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and manage, greenfield and brownfield, manufacturing and industrial projects within the Buildings Business Line, ensuring effective planning, organization, financial oversight, and compliance with legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage projects from concept and feasibility through engineering, permitting, procurement, construction management, and commissioning phases.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in and lead tender processes, working as an integral member of the bid team to secure new manufacturing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Advise, mentor, and direct project teams to ensure best practices are followed throughout project delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage client and commercial management, including contract administration and risk management, to proactively minimize disputes, complaints, and claims.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with clients to understand and manage their expectations and requirements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate Arcadis and external project resources, including onsite engineers and subcontractors, optimizing team billability and overall project performance.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key contact with clients and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical education in buildings construction or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in project management, specifically delivering manufacturing and\/or industrial construction projects, ideally with experience across all project phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover).<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record of managing manufacturing\/industrial projects from concept through to completion and handover.<\/li>\n<li>Polish building license.<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage construction outside of residence, if required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with FIDIC contracts and\/or EPCM project delivery models preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in a consultancy environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing sector requirements is a significant advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and risk.<\/li>\n<li>Agile, adaptable, and responsive to changing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and concisely.<\/li>\n<li>Confident, proactive, solutions-oriented, and client-focused team player.<\/li>\n<li>High level of commitment and availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arcadis is the world&#8217;s leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets.
