You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects that align with our long-term vision and deliver measurable value to the organization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you will make an impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.<\/li>\n<li>Define and demand resources required for successful project execution<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across global and regional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Choose best methodology to manage the project to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in the engineering or IT industry.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with engineering platforms and IT infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum).<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders in a complex, highly international environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage strategic initiatives launched under our Engineering Platforms IT Roadmap.
