{"id":12625,"date":"2026-03-17T00:31:32","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T09:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/stanowisko\/it-operating-model-expert\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T13:45:57","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T12:45:57","slug":"hitachi-it-operating-model-expert-milano-mediolan","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/hitachi-it-operating-model-expert-milano-mediolan\/","title":{"rendered":"IT Operating Model Expert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Define,\u00a0maintain, and continuously improve the IT Operating Model to ensure efficient governance, optimized processes, and alignment between IT capabilities and business strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you will make an impact:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define, maintain, and improve the IT Operating Model, including OM artefacts &#8211; roles, RACI, process landscape, and governance structures.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing IT operations, structures, procedures and processes to improve IT organization\u2019s effectiveness and IT operating model.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment of IT capabilities with business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Govern organizational change process, support transformation projects through change impact assessment and design\/ definition\/ update of OM artefacts.<\/li>\n<li>Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of the operating model across IT.<\/li>\n<li>Define, analyze and optimize processes, and maintain IT Process Landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain OCM framework, toolkit and training material for IT organization.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to measurement of effectiveness and addressing any identified gaps in process and content.<\/li>\n<li>Closely collaborates with the IT Strategy Manager, IT Governance &amp; Performance Experts, IT Continuous Improvement Experts and Competency &amp; Development Experts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of proven experience in IT strategy, IT governance, operating model design, organizational development strategies, global IT environments and cross-functional collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in process optimization and organizational development. Strong stakeholder management and communication and facilitation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of ITIL (certification preferred) and COBIT.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on Organizational Change Management experience, ADKAR certification preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Value stream mapping, L6S certification preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering projects as Project Manager, PMI certification preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Agile or SAFe certification preferred.
