In this role, you will own and manage Finance- and Operations\u2011related applications across their entire lifecycle\u2014from initial planning and development through testing, deployment, continuous maintenance, and final decommissioning.<\/p>\n<p>You will act as the primary escalation point for both business and IT stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and effective issue resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Your mission is to maximize the business value delivered by your application portfolio, enable operational excellence, and <strong>support growth in a large-scale, global enterprise environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How you\u2019ll make an impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage applications end\u2011to\u2011end throughout their full lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily operations and support the development team.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the first point of contact for escalations from Business and IT.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Architects, Testers, Analysts, Program and Service Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate supporting teams, vendors, and delivery partners.<\/li>\n<li>Act as Subject Matter Expert in both operational and project contexts.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain application documentation and consolidate change management reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Support service and demand management, release improvements, and license renewals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4\u20136 years of experience in IT Application Management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ITIL and service\/project management methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with virtual teams and distributed stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Information Systems, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the functional business domain of applications.<\/li>\n<li>Nice to have: LEAN, Six Sigma, continuous improvement experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management, decision-making, and independence.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English and ability to prepare technical\/project documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join Hitachi Energy as an IT Application Manager within the Transformer Business Solution Team (BST).
