You will represent the needs of C&amp;B to the Center of Expertise (CoE) and collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to provide seamless service to the business.<\/p>\n<p>Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. For this role we follow a remote or hybrid work structure where you can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you&#8217;ll make an impact<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage local compensation strategy as part of global compensation strategy in consultation with business.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate, research, recommend, implement and communicate organizations\u2019 total compensation strategies aligned with short- and long-term business goals<\/li>\n<li>Provide consultative technical expertise, advice, and guidance on compensation matters to management teams, with particular emphasis on supporting business needs during labor negotiation processes in Poland.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR Business Partners to monitor and analyze issues related to compensation within the company and the external market, such as turnover, recruitment, government regulations, market data\/surveys, competitive practices to forecast the impact on the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain job evaluations, structures and salary surveys to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation<\/li>\n<li>Communicate policies, practices, and guidelines effectively to all levels<\/li>\n<li>Remain current on market trends\/ practices, legal\/regulatory changes, labor practices and business patterns within the region with a focus on emerging economy<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and partner with talent acquisition team to provide compensation support, training and guidance<\/li>\n<li>Offering expert guidance and support in designing a benefits package that best aligns with the organization\u2019s business needs and respects the legal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Select and manage effective external partnerships as required to engage in the development and\/or delivery of compensation and benefit plans<\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage assigned projects to ensure successful achievement of objectives, schedules and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Preparation, participation and collaboration in the implementation of local C&amp;B topics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Minimum of 8 years of HR experience within which at least 3 years experience in core C&amp;B matters with bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Legal, Economics or Finance<\/li>\n<li>A strong knowledge of C&amp;B challenges, local labor laws, competitive benefit programs that are offered in the markets<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations in Eastern Europe with specific focus on Poland<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Polish benefits programs: health, life, Cafeteria Benefit Plan, Pension Plans (PPK, PPE)<\/li>\n<li>Multilingual communication: proficiency in English and Polish<\/li>\n<li>Adequate experience to be able to operate at a Group level and influence key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills and the ability to manipulate data to report on trends and common themes<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reporting to Global Head of C&amp;B, you will provide high-level support and advice in the areas of Compensation &amp; Benefits, in alignment with HR strategy.
