You will design and maintain document control frameworks, support engineering and supply chain teams, and ensure a consistent, audit-ready flow of information across each project.<\/p>\n<p>This is a senior, expert-level position ideal for someone who wants to deepen their technical impact, contribute to a growing team, and support some of the most important and highly regulated projects in Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver expert-level document control support to EU-based engineering and infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the implementation and maintenance of ProjectWise, including structure configuration, workflows, metadata, and user permissions.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret client and contractual requirements and translate them into practical, compliant document control procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Solve complex document control challenges and guide colleagues in applying established processes and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate document workflows across engineering, supply chain, and client teams.<\/li>\n<li>Produce performance reporting and document control metrics for project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support audits and assurance activities, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and client expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, templates, and automation opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching, knowledge sharing, and informal training to team members and project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert-level ProjectWise experience (mandatory) supporting complex or multi-project environments.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in document control or information management roles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of document control workflows, governance, and technical standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to resolve complex problems, interpret business needs, and recommend best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working independently and guiding others in established solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work across international, multi-disciplinary teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in regulated sectors (energy, nuclear, infrastructure) is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English and Polish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert for document control, ensuring that document management processes across our EU portfolio meet client, contractual, and regulatory standards.
