lang=\"en-US\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">We are looking for a motivated and organized professional to provide\u00a0<strong>operational support in Indirect Sourcing<\/strong>\u00a0across multiple countries including<strong> Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, and South Africa.<\/strong> This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily sourcing operations and data management, supporting internal stakeholders, and maintaining supplier-related processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Process and manage<strong>\u00a0Purchase Orders (POs)<\/strong>\u00a0accurately and on time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Support<strong>\u00a0supplier onboarding<\/strong>\u00a0and maintain up-to-date supplier data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Assist in\u00a0<strong>Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes<\/strong>\u00a0and other operational sourcing activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Process and verify\u00a0<strong>invoices<\/strong>\u00a0related to sourcing activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Maintain and update sourcing<strong>\u00a0trackers<\/strong>\u00a0and other operational data repositories.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Collaborate\u00a0<strong>daily with operational stakeholders<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure requests are fulfilled efficiently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Identify and escalate operational issues to ensure timely resolution.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Operational Sourcing Support<\/strong>\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Ensure daily execution of indirect sourcing tasks with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Maintain data quality and consistency in sourcing systems and trackers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Support the team in routine supplier interactions and follow-ups.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Management &amp; Reporting<\/strong>\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Keep sourcing records, purchase orders, and invoices up to date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Assist in reporting and tracking procurement KPIs at the operational level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Help implement simple process improvements to enhance efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Authority<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Execute operational sourcing activities within defined processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Maintain accurate data in sourcing systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding operational matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Competences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">1\u20133 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or operational supply chain roles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Experience with purchase order processing, supplier onboarding, and data management is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Exposure to RFQ processes and invoice verification is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioural and Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Strong organizational and time management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Proactive and collaborative approach.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Basic knowledge of procurement processes and tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Language Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Fluent in English.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span
