You will lead the installation, maintenance, and start-up of a broad range of equipment. Your work &#8211; on cutting-edge, state-of-the-art technologies and services &#8211; will support the crucial infrastructure of the world\u2019s power generation network.<\/p>\n<p>You will represent Arabelle Solutions both technically and professionally, ensuring that equipment is installed, maintained, and started up properly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical direction and\/or project management to a team of technicians and craft labor for the maintenance, commissioning and installation of steam turbine and generator equipment, Arabelle Solutions and\/or other Steam Turbines and Generators (ABB \/ Alstom \/ GE \/ ACEC).<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership in the resolution of Steam Turbine technical problems through interfacing with our engineering department.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of outage reports, providing an overview of the technical findings, corrective actions and maintenance recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership in on-site safety and quality systems.<\/li>\n<li>Promote customer acceptance of Arabelle Solutions\u2019s products and services and how these can support our customers with their availability and reliability challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Support the business growth requirement by driving customer satisfaction through deliver of top quality service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanical\/ electrical engineering university degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Good command of oral and written English &amp; German<\/li>\n<li>A depth of relevant experience in power plant or field service experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with steam turbine internal alignment, component repair and other related maintenance services<\/li>\n<li>Experienced on Arabelle Solutions and\/or other Steam Turbines and Generators (ABB \/ Alstom \/ GE \/ ACEC).<\/li>\n<li>Work efficiently without direct supervision, consistently demonstrating high levels of performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ready to work continuously at customer facilities site and to travel extensively<\/li>\n<li>Environmental, health &amp; safety mindset and compliance<\/li>\n<li>This role requires work at customer facilities and extensive travel. Applicants must be willing and able to travel significantly (not less than 70%) without geographical restriction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Characteristics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of any other European languages is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills.
