Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Qualifications: Assessor\/Auditor<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessors and Auditors shall have a technical college degree in a relevant product or medical area, as described below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In-Vitro Diagnostic devices:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Biology or Microbiology<\/li>\n<li>Genetic testing<\/li>\n<li>Oncology<\/li>\n<li>Chemistry or Biochemistry<\/li>\n<li>Human Physiology<\/li>\n<li>Medical Technology or Biotechnology<\/li>\n<li>Medicine, Veterinary Medicine<\/li>\n<li>Biomedical science &#8211; e.g. haematology, virology, molecular diagnostics<\/li>\n<li>Nursing<\/li>\n<li>Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Toxicology<\/li>\n<li>Physiology<\/li>\n<li>In addition to a relevant educational degree, candidates must have a\u00a0<strong>minimum 4 years\u2019 work experience<\/strong>\u00a0(full time) in an In-Vitro diagnostic medical device related industry, academia or hospital environment, with\u00a0<strong>at least 2 of these years<\/strong>\u00a0in the design, manufacturing, testing or use of the device in which they are qualified to Audit or Assessment, as well as experience as an assessor or auditor in a notified body. Specifically:\n<ul>\n<li>Auditor &#8211; Practical experience in the quality management system and specific production process\/technologies for the IVD medical devices.<\/li>\n<li>Assessor &#8211; Practical experience in conducting and\/or assessing performance evaluation data or related scientific aspects with in-vitro diagnostic medical devices in one or more of the following areas Microbiology, Immunology, Genetic testing\/Cancer Biology and Molecular Biology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>PhD<\/strong>\u00a0in a relevant area for in-vitro diagnostic medical devices\u00a0<strong>can substitute 3 years of work experience<\/strong>\u00a0provided it includes\u00a0<strong>2 years\u2019 experience<\/strong>\u00a0in design, manufacture or testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In addition to the above, knowledge of the following would be preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An excellent working knowledge of medical device management systems, standards and medical device compliance\/auditing techniques;<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in positions with significant QA Regulatory or management systems responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Harmonized medical device standards for In-Vitro diagnostic medical devices;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Risk Management EN ISO 14971;<\/li>\n<li>Medical device experience from auditing\/work;<\/li>\n<li>Experience auditing against recognized standards;<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working under own initiative and in planning and prioritizing workloads;<\/li>\n<li>Should have a flair for technical writing, essential for exhaustive report writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit technical and experienced In-Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Assessors and Lead Auditors.
