As our Electrical Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the delivery of multiple large\u2011scale datacentre projects across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>You will guide engineering teams through every project phase\u2014from tender and pre\u2011construction to installation and commissioning\u2014ensuring consistency, excellence, and innovation at every step.<\/p>\n<p>This role offers exceptional scope: strategic influence, technical depth, cross\u2011project oversight, and the chance to help steer how Dornan delivers some of the most advanced facilities in Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In this senior position, you will lead and coordinate engineering activity across a diverse portfolio of European datacentre projects, acting as the central link between design, engineering, BIM, supply chain partners and on\u2011site delivery teams.<\/li>\n<li>You will support project teams across Europe, embedding consistent engineering standards, driving continuous improvement, and using performance tools such as Power BI to monitor quality and progress. You will guide technical decision\u2011making, oversee design assurance, and support tendering, value engineering and procurement to ensure safe, sustainable and cost\u2011effective outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>You\u00a0will play an active role in securing smooth commissioning and handover by coordinating closely with design teams, suppliers and operations. In addition, you will contribute to strategic planning with the Operations Director, helping shape team structures, resource allocation and long\u2011term engineering capability across the business unit\u2014ensuring teams have the training and support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within datacentre environments or similar complex MEP heavy projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a one-off opportunity to join Dornan in a senior leadership role.
