Conditions (T&amp;Cs), NDAs, Framework Agreements, Consortium Agreements, and other commercial agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Support the business in achieving\u00a0<b>balanced and acceptable risk positions<\/b>, aligned with scope of supply, commercial objectives, and customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead contractual and commercial structuring in close collaboration with\u00a0<b>Legal, Tax, Commercial Finance, Controllers, Operations, and EHS<\/b>, ensuring alignment and shared ownership.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, assess, and formally register contractual and commercial risks using internal tools such as the\u00a0<b>Risk Assessment Matrix and Salesforce<\/b>, ensuring transparency and traceability.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate\u00a0<b>Risk Review sessions<\/b>, promoting early engagement, clear mitigation strategies, and effective decision-making with leadership alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Own and continuously improve\u00a0<b>Commercial Operations (ComOps)<\/b>\u00a0and related risk processes, ensuring consistent application of governance, tools, and policies across the ITO phase.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and negotiate\u00a0<b>NDAs, Consortium Agreements, and partner-related agreements<\/b>, supporting collaborative and compliant third-party engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of commercial capabilities across regional Commercial and Sales teams by sharing best practices and reinforcing Grid risk policies.<\/li>\n<li>Support ITO teams through KPIs, structured risk\/opportunity assessments, and pragmatic mitigation proposals informed by lessons learned and customer feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with\u00a0<b>Regional Sales teams<\/b>\u00a0to shape deal strategies and support the creation of competitive, well-governed proposals aligned with regional growth objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Support change initiatives aimed at improving commercial processes, reducing cycle times, and enhancing service quality.<\/li>\n<li>Provide commercial and contractual support to\u00a0<b>various deal size\u00a0<\/b>in inquiry with extended role in execution.<\/li>\n<li>Support project teams in\u00a0<b>risk and opportunity identification<\/b>, offering guidance on contractual matters and claims management, escalating to Legal when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in the event of a\u00a0<b>potential or active dispute<\/b>, working collaboratively to protect business and customer relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0<b>Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering<\/b>, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.<\/li>\n<li><b>Relevant and solid experience<\/b>\u00a0in Commercial Operations, Contract Management, Risk Management, Tendering, Bid Management, and\/or Project Management.<\/li>\n<li><b>Proven and solid experience\u00a0<\/b>in leading contract negotiations for all disciplines and red lining terms and conditions<b>.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Strong experience in the ITO phase is essential<\/b>;
