management, negotiation process (RFXs), supplier selection and creation, and buy channel management<\/li>\n<li>Work with Vendor Management Office to help solve problems, monitor strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies to achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Drive value through supplier relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Utilize an understanding of industry trends to inform the decision-making process<\/li>\n<li>Develop expertise within function by growing reputation within organization, providing professional and thought leadership, influencing policy, and ensuring delivery within own function while linking with other functions of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Present business solutions to leaders in functional area<\/li>\n<li>Driving demand management and compliance for IT categories (e.g., number of licenses, alternatives, number and specs of devices, preferred vendor development)<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with IT Requisitioning Process for assigned spend categories<\/li>\n<li>Serve as trusted advisor to multi-functional stakeholder teams to design and implement specific strategic sourcing initiatives to meet business requirements and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Driving best practices<\/li>\n<li>Measuring and tracking internal performance within each spend category<\/li>\n<li>Champion and secure TCO reductions for your category<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications (What you will bring):<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Education:\u00a0<\/b>Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><b>Commercial Contracting Experience:<\/b>\u00a0Significant experience leading supplier negotiations and negotiating complex commercial terms and conditions, with proven expertise in contract drafting, review, and interpretation, a solid understanding of business law fundamentals, and prime contract commercial experience in international environments<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>IT Sourcing Experience:<\/b>\u00a0Experience in IT sourcing, including hardware, software, professional services<\/li>\n<li><b>Skills:<\/b>\u00a0Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and project management skills, including spend analytics, should\u2011cost analysis, and market research and intelligence, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex commercial and sourcing issues in cross\u2011functional environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications (What will make you stand out):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Education:<\/b>\u00a0Legal university degree<\/li>\n<li><b>Experience:\u00a0<\/b>Expertise in sourcing Network and Telecommunications categories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hiring Locations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e1ci Greens Office Park, District XIII., Budapest, Hungary<\/li>\n<li>Gas Power Manufacturing site, Veresegyh\u00e1z, Hungary<\/li>\n<li>Zatorze district, Elblag<\/li>\n<li>Fabryczna\u00a0district,\u00a0Wroclaw<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work arrangement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid \u2013 2 days \/ week in the office OR<\/li>\n<li>Remote \u2013 primarily remote, with occasional office presence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Responsibilities (What you will do): Oversee development and execution of strategies through the sourcing process for the specific category including strategy, market analysis, commercial contract creation &amp;
