Our mission is to support manufacturing operations with experts who are directly involved in the production process. This setup allows for faster decision-making, stronger process ownership, and deeper technical understanding. We operate with a mindset of excellence and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for Documentation Expert\u00a0to join our teams in both the\u00a0<strong>Handling &amp; Logistics\u00a0and\u00a0Finish &amp; Paint<\/strong>\u00a0areas in our factory of blades for wind turbines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Documentation Expert, your main responsibility is to create, maintain, and improve clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for teams working on wind turbine blade production. This includes work instructions, process flows, and training materials for shop floor teams.<\/p>\n<p>You will play a key part in improving our processes and supporting performance in\u00a0<strong>Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost\u00a0<\/strong>(SQDC). You will work closely with operators, logistics staff, and quality teams\u2014and spend time on the shop floor to truly understand how things work.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and update process documentation and work instructions for shop floor teams (e.g., operators, logistics staff, quality teams)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure documentation is always available, accessible, and up-to-date<\/li>\n<li>Follow documentation standards and templates provided by the organization<\/li>\n<li>Collect feedback from end-users and make improvements to content and structure<\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal quality and completeness checks before releasing documentation<\/li>\n<li>Track and communicate documentation status and timelines to relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of basic training materials related to document use<\/li>\n<li>Share best practices and lessons learned with documentation teams across areas<\/li>\n<li>Use modern digital tools for documentation (e.g. process visualization tools, laser systems)<\/li>\n<li>Support root cause investigations using methods like 5 Whys\u00a0and Fishbone Diagrams<\/li>\n<li>Apply Lean\u00a0thinking to simplify processes and reduce waste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All levels of experience<\/strong>\u2014from junior professionals to senior specialists with deep experience in technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree- You don\u2019t need to be an engineer, but comfortable navigating engineering-related content<\/li>\n<li>Background in technical documentation, manufacturing, logistics, or technical\u00a0support roles in industrial environment<\/li>\n<li>Training or experience in technical writing, communication, or process documentation<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with tools and methodologies like Lean, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skilled written communication: ability to explain technical topics in a simple, clear way<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail: documentation must be accurate and consistent<\/li>\n<li>Organized and structured person and results-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Able to work across teams, cultures, and time zones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attractive salary depending on relevant experience + bonus<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to grow in an international environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are building a new Process Engineering organization at Vestas Blades.
