You&#8217;ll lead complex sales pursuits that integrate Cybersecurity, Digital\/AI solutions, and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software to accelerate customer outcomes across industrial operations. You will report to the Sales Manager, Secure Digital Operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Lead Transformational Sales:\u00a0<\/b>Promote strategic, high-impact digital transformation pursuits across your assigned accounts or region.<\/li>\n<li><b>Own the Commercial Strategy:<\/b>\u00a0Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas.<\/li>\n<li><b>Engage Executive Stakeholders:<\/b>\u00a0Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite.<\/li>\n<li><b>Collaborate Across Teams:<\/b>\u00a0Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions.<\/li>\n<li><b>Shape Demand and Grow Pipeline:<\/b>\u00a0Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities.<\/li>\n<li><b>Drive Outcomes, Not Just Deals:<\/b>\u00a0Focus on long-term value creation, not transactional sales \u2014 your success is measured by client success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Essentials &#8211; You Will Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales<\/li>\n<li>Legal authorization to work in EMEA, We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to travel 40% of the time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Preferred &#8211; You Might Also Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, supply chain, business or other technical degrees or similar.<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software), ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or OT environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling to large manufacturers in any of the following industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, or Med Devices<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling digital solutions like AI\/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI\/ML, or cloud platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our benefits package includes \u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm<\/li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program<\/li>\n<li>Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230; and other local benefits!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a consultative Sales Executive, Secure Digital Operations to help clients unlock value through digital transformation at scale.
