As Technical Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales of power system modelling and grid consultancy services by combining a strong technical understanding with commercial insight.<\/p>\n<p>Acting as the bridge between customers, engineering specialists, and the commercial organization, you translate complex customer requirements into technically robust and commercially viable solutions.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will support international, project-based sales and engage deeply in the technical scope of assignments, including grid-compliance studies and plant-level power-system models. Projects typically range from 10 MW to 600 MW and often involve close interaction with TSOs and regulatory stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>As an individual contributor, you will succeed through technical credibility, structured solution design, and close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions are both feasible and aligned with customer needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical sales and solution design<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 500;\" data-trid=\"802\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"803\">Sales of high-quality power systems models and grid consultancy services<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"804\">Engage deeply in technical dialogue with customers to understand grid, compliance, and modelling requirements<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"805\">Contribute to solution design for grid compliance studies and plant-level power system models<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"806\">Customer interactions with TSOs and regulatory authorities from a technical-commercial perspective<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"807\">Commercialization of grid compliance studies and advisory services<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"808\">Work with power system models in tools such as PSS\/E and PSCAD at a conceptual and scoping level<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"809\">Work closely with engineers, project managers, and commercial colleagues throughout the sales process<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"810\">Bid preparation, technical input to proposals, and contractual clarifications<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-trid=\"811\">Contribute to the continuous improvement of offerings, templates, and technical sales material<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What does success look like<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Success in this role means that you are being recognized as a technically credible and reliable Sales Engineer who enables high-quality commercial decisions.
