You will ensure that deadlines, budgets and quality requirements are met, while ensuring effective communication between the various stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your main tasks:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/ Planning and organization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the project objectives and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Prepare commercial and Technical Offer<\/li>\n<li>Sell the project to customer<\/li>\n<li>Draw up the project schedule and budget<\/li>\n<li>Project Execution<\/li>\n<li>Identify and allocate the necessary resources<\/li>\n<li>Set up monitoring and reporting tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2\/ Team management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up and coordinate the project team<\/li>\n<li>Lead monitoring and steering meetings<\/li>\n<li>Motivate and unite teams around project objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage conflicts and difficult situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3\/ Risk management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and analyze potential risks<\/li>\n<li>Implement preventive and corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control risks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4\/ Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure effective communication with the various stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Write reports and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Organize progress reviews and steering committees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering degree or Project Management, Engineering Management or related field<\/li>\n<li>3 to 5 years&#8217; experience in project management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work up till 70% of time out of country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your technical skills :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Pack Office<\/li>\n<li>Budgetary and financial management of projects<\/li>\n<li>Risk analysis and management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of industry standards and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in planning and reporting tools<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and analyze technical documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your soft-skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and ability to bring people together<\/li>\n<li>Stress management and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills and rigor<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mind and ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit and ability to collaborate<\/li>\n<li>Sense of initiative and proactivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your job\u00a0:\u00a0 As a Project Engineer Developer, you will be responsible for Site visits, Technical and Commercial offer \u00a0,Project Planning and execution, \u00a0coordinating and monitoring the company&#8217;s technical projects.
