data-end=\"506\">Applying redundancy concepts in system planning and execution<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1k2voel\" data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"583\">Coordinating with other disciplines, both geometrically and functionally<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1xht2vc\" data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"649\">Developing and implementing control concepts for HVAC systems<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1yiu0f9\" data-start=\"650\" data-end=\"752\">Supporting and performing commissioning of HVAC systems in data center and industrial environments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pykn1d\" data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"793\">Developing 3D models of HVAC systems<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ke0rkg\" data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"826\">Preparing schematic drawings<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"djgfi6\" data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"883\">Extracting and calculating Bills of Quantities (BoQ)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"888\" \/>\n<p><strong data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"908\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"924\">Must-have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1837\">\n<li data-section-id=\"viofkd\" data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1011\">A Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in HVAC engineering, or vocational training in HVAC<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1yv34xx\" data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1059\">At least 7 years of professional experience<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ex83ip\" data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1116\">Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and their components<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"15213q0\" data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1186\">Extensive experience working in an engineering office environment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wbyqgl\" data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1270\">Experience with industry-specific software for network sizing and system design<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1lau2ki\" data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1341\">Experience working on data center and industrial facility projects<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"13cb1er\" data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1437\">Understanding of key technical concepts such as redundancy, control, and system integration<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vte3pf\" data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1499\">Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) management<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7f0c8k\" data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1559\">Experience in coordinating the work of junior designers<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vyzavh\" data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1601\">Strong understanding of BIM processes<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1g98cct\" data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1649\">An independent and structured working style<\/li>\n<li
