{"id":14682,"date":"2026-04-13T09:01:30","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T07:01:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/stanowisko\/construction-project-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T09:01:30","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T07:01:30","slug":"arabelle-solutions-construction-project-manager-nanterre-francja","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/arabelle-solutions-construction-project-manager-nanterre-francja\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a <strong>Construction Project Manager<\/strong>, you will be the on\u2011site focal point responsible for contract, administrative, and organizational coordination of a single work package <strong>(mechanical, piping, steel structure).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Working in close collaboration with<strong> the Construction Manager and the Contract Manager<\/strong>, you will ensure efficient communication between site teams, all project functions, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to solve what is impacting production.<\/p>\n<p>You will act as peer for <strong>the Construction manager<\/strong> who is responsible for the execution of the scope and the management of the supervision and workforce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Contract &amp; Administrative Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor contractual obligations in coordination with the Construction Manager and Contract manager.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, support and track contractual correspondence, variations, claims, non-comformities, and formal notifications.<\/li>\n<li>Manage project documentation in support to execution teams (procedures, drawings, reports, quality files).<\/li>\n<li>Support preparation for internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Project Coordination &amp; Interface:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the daily interface between site teams, all project functions, subcontractors, and project partners.<\/li>\n<li>Deal with client on request on interface, progress, reporting, road blocker<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and participate in coordination meetings, planning reviews, and project performance discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate and communicate key information (progress, risks, deviations).<\/li>\n<li>Developing and streamlining process to meet site challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Reporting &amp; Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce weekly and monthly progress reports including KPIs, risks, and cost\/schedule deviations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project trends and propose corrective actions when required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain dashboards and project monitoring tools with SQDC approach (Safety, Quality, Delivery &amp; Costs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Administration &amp; Financial Follow\u2011up:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare inputs for invoicing, cost tracking, and subcontractor payments.<\/li>\n<li>Support procurement: purchase requests, commitments, order follow\u2011up.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to budget monitoring with the project teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure project management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of contract management (EPC, subcontracting, variations).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in reporting tools and document management.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health &amp; Safety) and quality aspects on industrial sites.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and organizational abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and international environment<\/li>\n<li>Rigor and ability to prioritize and adapt to time-constrained environments.
