As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for the technical delivery of assigned tasks within a project or project phase, with a focus on adhering to client requirements and contractual obligations. You will also be involved in project execution onboard our vessels, ensuring compliance with approved documentation and corporate objectives.<\/p>\n<p>The role demands technical knowledge and sound judgment to achieve successful project outcomes and contribute to Asso Group\u2019s goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for the engineering, preparation and execution of the project;<\/li>\n<li>Develop project documentation in compliance with Employer\u2019s requirements, RQHSE standards and contract agreements such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Method statements etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Inter-departmental liaison;<\/li>\n<li>Sharing required information with other departments to produce the necessary project documentation\/analysis such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Cable Installation Analysis, etc<\/li>\n<li>Geotechnical docs (Burial assessment study, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Review engineering studies and documentation prepared from other departments according to project objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective communication within the project team;<\/li>\n<li>Participate and lead accordingly internal engineering meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with client;<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with subcontractors and manage the technical aspects ensuring technical delivery of their SoW according to the requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain daily diary and action trackers for the effective monitoring of the project progress;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in meetings with the Client remotely and face-to-face if required;<\/li>\n<li>Adapt information and comments derived from internal and client meetings, and accordingly study, review and prepare\/update project documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Join offshore team for the project execution as required<\/li>\n<li>When in offshore, among others:\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and review of logbook notes and comments;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR);<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Vessel onboard meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Record and prepare of Minutes of Meetings notes;<\/li>\n<li>Close communication with Client Representatives;<\/li>\n<li>Project monitoring on board the vessel as per schedules;<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of project progress ensuring deadlines are met;<\/li>\n<li>Take care of ad hoc needs;<\/li>\n<li>Daily communication with office project team;<\/li>\n<li>Constant communication with Offshore Manager &amp; Supervisors;<\/li>\n<li>Constant communication with HSE advisor;<\/li>\n<li>Close cooperation with onboard survey team;<\/li>\n<li>Review survey data and project results on daily basis;<\/li>\n<li>Support in Vessel HSE reports with technical information;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Management Of Change (MOC);<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Field Reports;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and finalize As-built documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all project documentation is properly filled in company\u2019s internal documentation management system;<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations including the compliance to all ASSO Group policies, guidelines and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and compliance with all audits and inspections;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A higher university degree in Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Scheduling and CAD software required;<\/li>\n<li>Additional working knowledge of other foreign languages, (e.g. Italian, German, French etc.) are not prerequisite but are to be considered as extra skills;<\/li>\n<li>Additional working knowledge of further engineering softwares such as Orcaflex, GIS are not prerequisite but are to be considered as extra skills;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years related engineering experience;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-benefits-title\" data-ui=\"job-benefits\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Private Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Company Bus from central spots<\/li>\n<li>Fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Specialization in a niche market<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation<\/li>\n<li>Continuous development opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This position has been established to support the preparation and execution of Asso Group\u2019s offshore projects.
