We are focused on building a sustainable business centered around our people, clients, and trade partners.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"496\" \/>\n<p><strong><span role=\"text\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"1235\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1lratd2\" data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"617\">Oversee HVAC design, installation, and commissioning for new, high-value capital projects<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uhxlk0\" data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"739\">Manage BIM (Building Information Modelling) and develop technical documentation, including P&amp;IDs and equipment sizing<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vl18wa\" data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"865\">Act as a subject matter expert in HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), isolators, and refrigeration systems<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4qgoee\" data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"938\">Ensure HVAC system designs comply with ISO cleanroom classifications<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rdv03i\" data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1001\">Lead commissioning and qualification activities (IQ\/OQ\/PQ)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ruhurd\" data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1071\">Ensure environmental monitoring systems meet regulatory standards<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kjvvh9\" data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1161\">Collaborate with construction and validation teams to ensure timely project execution<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"y8z04z\" data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1235\">Troubleshoot HVAC performance issues and implement corrective actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1240\" \/>\n<p><strong><span role=\"text\">Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1689\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1vxi2xc\" data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1326\">Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dtq9qg\" data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1410\">Minimum 5 years of experience with HVAC systems in pharma or biotech facilities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"60cu5p\" data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1489\">Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 14644, and relevant regulatory guidelines<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wfzrjr\" data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1552\">Experience managing contractors and cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1gzya84\" data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1625\">Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"n1hvcz\" data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1689\">Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanroom environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who Are We PM Group is an employee-owned, international project delivery firm with a team of over 3,900 people.
