We are looking for a highly experienced HR Operations &amp; Systems professional to support the HR Systems Manager, strengthen delivery capacity, and ensure operational continuity.<\/p>\n<p>Working as an embedded member of the HR team, the successful candidate will join PM Group for the duration of the secondment and play a key role in supporting HR operations, systems, transformation initiatives, and ongoing project activities.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"657\" \/>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"683\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"1366\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1l8bui\" data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"878\">Act as deputy to the HR Systems Manager, including providing cover during absences, and support delivery of the STEP HR transformation programme from an operational and business perspective<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tbbxx\" data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1003\">Translate HR operational requirements into clear system and process inputs, ensuring continuity across core HR processes<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"frabvp\" data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1155\">Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Digital, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to align on requirements, outcomes, and issue resolution<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kyisok\" data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1268\">Provide system configuration support, assist with SIT and UAT testing, issue resolution, and data validation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"paltfu\" data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1366\">Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilisation of HR systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1371\" \/>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1395\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1428\">Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"2082\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1qzadiy\" data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1528\">Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including features, functionality, and configuration<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1y3jzgq\" data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1616\">Minimum of 8+ years\u2019 experience across a mix of HR consulting and in-house HR roles<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hb1krk\" data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1695\">Hands-on HR Operations experience with exposure to day-to-day HR processes<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jr331o\" data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1829\">Proven experience delivering HR transformation initiatives (e.g. HRIS implementations, operating model changes, process redesign)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vlfxnu\" data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1933\">Strong technical awareness of HR systems, with experience working alongside HRIS \/ HR Systems teams<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3vuvag\" data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2017\">Experience operating in a client-side or internal HR role (not purely advisory)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ynamja\" data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2082\">Experience in complex, multi-country or matrix organisations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2109\">Highly Desirable<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2283\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1rndjfy\" data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2209\">Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors or other ERP HR systems (client-side or consultancy)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"20esdz\" data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2283\">Experience supporting or partnering with an HR Systems \/ HRIS Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2288\" \/>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2317\">Skills &amp;
