Operations &#038; Project Delivery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"77\" data-end=\"89\">Overview<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Are you a seasoned expert in Operations, Resource Management, and Project Delivery looking for a strategic and impactful role?<\/p>\n<p>Join PM Group as we embark on a transformative journey to implement a new group-wide ERP system to support our Business Transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>As the ERP Workstream Manager, you will support SPOCs and functional leads across Operations, Project and Service Delivery, and Resource Management throughout the lifecycle of the ERP programme.<\/p>\n<p>This is a 12-month contract, hybrid role, based in either our Cork or Dublin office.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"650\" data-end=\"653\" \/>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"679\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"1496\">\n<li data-section-id=\"rdyh30\" data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"829\">Support SPOCs and functional leads across Operations, Project and Service Delivery, and Resource Management throughout the ERP project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1s1a9vt\" data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1039\">Assist in clarifying business requirements, contributing to solution design, defining reporting needs, and identifying gaps between the Requirements Traceability Matrix and out-of-the-box ERP functionality<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2qrmez\" data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1153\">Support the identification and scoping of required system customisations and review proposed solution designs<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"9bn4c0\" data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1277\">Collaborate with SPOCs and functional leads to review and provide feedback on the evolving solution delivered by Deltek<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ux91xb\" data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1397\">Lead project management activities for the workstream, including coordination, reporting, and escalation management<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pkw7eq\" data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1496\">Coordinate and interface with other workstreams, including HCM, Finance, and related functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1501\" \/>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1534\">Key Skills &amp;
