In this role, you will ensure that solutions are designed, built, tested, and deployed in line with business objectives and clearly defined, integrated requirements.<\/p>\n<p>You will play a key role in the hands-on delivery of the solution across Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Business Development. Acting as a bridge between functional and technical teams, you will manage solution coordination, planning and scheduling, delivery, constraints, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>With a proactive, delivery-focused mindset, you will drive alignment across all functional and technical workstreams, including solution architecture and technical governance.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hybrid role based in either our Cork or Dublin office.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"950\" \/>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"976\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1022\">1. ERP Technical Governance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1955\">\n<li data-section-id=\"19rnke\" data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1603\">Establish and drive governance frameworks for daily ERP project oversight<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tp4yl7\" data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1708\">Manage solution validation checkpoints, decision-making processes, dependencies, and risk management<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"151kc12\" data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1824\">Lead technical governance forums (e.g. Design Review Authority) and enforce design principles and key decisions<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"cqpqgm\" data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1955\">Promote best practices across configuration, testing, integrations, environment strategy, release planning, and change control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"1990\">3. Solution Architecture<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2179\">\n<li data-section-id=\"3ti80\" data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2089\">Provide guidance on overall ERP solution architecture (functional, technical, and integration)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hqlzbj\" data-start=\"2090\" data-end=\"2179\">Lead cross-functional reviews and technical architecture sessions to ensure alignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2220\">4. Vendor &amp; Partner Management<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2508\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1x96mge\" data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2331\">Manage day-to-day relationships with ERP vendors, implementation partners, and third-party technical teams<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fh734j\" data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2420\">Coordinate across internal technical teams, external vendors, and system integrators<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ug99xo\" data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2508\">Review and validate vendor deliverables, SLA alignment, and technical documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2515\" data-end=\"2544\">5.
