It is not suitable for candidates with purely strategy or general consulting backgrounds without direct deal execution exposure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the regional M&amp;A strategy, aligned with KONE\u2019s growth priorities<\/li>\n<li>Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets, particularly in construction, technical services, and related industries<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of targets across multiple countries<\/li>\n<li>Lead end-to-end M&amp;A transactions, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Financial analysis and valuation (DCF, multiples, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Due diligence coordination<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation support<\/li>\n<li>Deal structuring and closing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Develop robust business cases, including financial modeling and risk assessment<\/li>\n<li>Drive post-merger integration, ensuring value creation and operational alignment<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with legal, finance, and country leadership teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Are Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Minimum 5 years of hands-on M&amp;A experience<\/b>, with proven involvement in executing transactions end-to-end<br \/>\n(industry, investment banking, private equity, or Big 4 M&amp;A \/ Transaction Services)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in:\n<ul>\n<li>Financial modeling and valuation<\/li>\n<li>Leading or significantly contributing to full deal cycles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or technical services sectors is a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate across multiple countries and manage several deals in parallel<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English;
