Turku, Finland and other main W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 office locations in Europe\u202fcan also be considered. Due to limitation outlined by data processing guidelines, locations outside of Europe can\u2019t be accepted for the roles. In line with our hybrid work model, you will be able to work partially remotely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will be responsible for:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the Service Plans\u00a0Operations\u00a0from\u00a0initial\u00a0scope definition\u00a0via production flow\u00a0through to deployment\u00a0(Service Plan Factory).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring seamless collaboration between experts, partners, and cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the planning and throughput of the Service Plan Factory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining visibility on production status and bottlenecks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively managing and removing any obstacles or bottlenecks in the flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring\u00a0that all activities align with commercial, operational, and strategic\u00a0objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate must\u00a0possess\u00a0these skills and capabilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in leading end-to-end production or delivery processes, ideally in a technical or service-related environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage planning, scheduling, and throughput of complex operational workflows, in a structured, industrialised operating model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven capability to coordinate cross-functional teams, experts, and external partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Skilled in\u00a0maintaining\u00a0visibility of production status,\u00a0identifying\u00a0bottlenecks, and driving resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Competence in aligning operational activities with commercial, strategic, and operational\u00a0objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with\u00a0parts and service operations, as-maintained digital twin and\u00a0data-driven service delivery environments is beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to influence stakeholders,\u00a0leadership and their teams,\u00a0and Partners\u00a0to\u00a0participate\u00a0in the\u00a0Service Plan Factory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join the Lifecycle Data Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE) as the\u00a0Service Plan Delivery Lead and take a pivotal role in orchestrating the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and delivery of scalable Service&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_company_name":"Wartsila Polska Sp. z o.o.","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[35],"job-types":[2,5],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-15217","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","5":"job_listing_category-energetyka","6":"job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","7":"job_listing_type-kontrakt","9":"job-type-umowa-o-prace","10":"job-type-kontrakt"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
