{"id":15305,"date":"2026-04-27T10:07:05","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T08:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=15305"},"modified":"2026-04-27T10:07:05","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T08:07:05","slug":"skeleton-technologies-senior-grant-manager-m-f-x-tallin-estonia","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/skeleton-technologies-senior-grant-manager-m-f-x-tallin-estonia\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Grant Manager (m\/f\/x)"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-description-title\" data-ui=\"job-description\">\n<div>\n<p>Skeleton Technologies is looking for a hands-on <strong>Senior Grant Manager (m\/f\/x) <\/strong>to manage grant projects executed by the different entities of Skeleton Technologies.<\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Senior Grant Manager<\/strong>, you would lead and optimize Skeleton Technologies\u2019 grant activities by securing funding, ensuring effective project execution and compliance, and aligning grant initiatives with the company\u2019s strategic and commercial objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How you can help us on the journey:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage grant projects across Skeleton Technologies entities.<\/li>\n<li>Drive grant utilization by identifying, implementing, and optimizing funded activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review, and submit high-quality technical and financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Identify funding opportunities and coordinate competitive grant applications aligned with company strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&amp;D, Sales, management) to align grant activities with strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage partnerships, including consortium development for grant applications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, project authorities, and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor relevant research, market trends, and funding landscapes to support strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at grant-related events and forums.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication between R&amp;D, partners, and project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support commercial opportunities arising from grant-funded projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Are you the one we are looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in the STEM-Field, with a business focus.<\/li>\n<li>5-10 years professional experience in grant management and acquisition, public funding, or project finance.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of securing and managing multi-million Euro grants (e.g., Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, IPCEI, or national funds like KFW\/EAS).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a Deep-tech or Manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Managing of the full grant lifecycle: Being able to identify funding opportunities and to conduct and manage consortium building as well proposal writing and final auditing.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Literacy: Being able to develop complex project budgets, manage cash flow projections and handle financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Structured working style, clear communicator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why should you join?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal growth is guaranteed.
