Your work ensures cost-efficient, high-quality solutions and drives innovation across the entire value chain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage an interdisciplinary project team including engineering, production, and purchasing experts<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a cost-of-energy optimized technical system in close collaboration with all relevant functions<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all project phases from feasibility study to start of production in an international environment<\/li>\n<li>Ensure achievement of project goals regarding cost, quality, and timeline<\/li>\n<li>Apply professional project controlling using KPIs, progress evaluation, and deviation management<\/li>\n<li>Implement risk and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Develop innovative approaches to reduce time-to-market and prepare decision proposals for management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Master\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in engineering project management; PM certification is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Several years in the wind industry, ideally with drive train and nacelle expertise<\/li>\n<li>Strong MS Office skills, including MS Project Server; ERP and PLM experience advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Clear, structured communication and reporting skills; high quality awareness and assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural experience and willingness to travel; fluent English, Spanish or German beneficial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of our international product development team, you will lead complex engineering projects, focusing on drive train and machine house.
