Similarly for repair works on concrete and steel bridges;<\/li>\n<li>Drawing set-up according to project\/client specifications (standards) in a ProjectWise environment;<\/li>\n<li>Leading the development and implementation of BIM processes specific to the construction;<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in BIM workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field;<\/li>\n<li>Experience a relevant position as a BIM Engineer. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 3 years to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Tekla Structures, drawing, and modeling in 3D structural design;<\/li>\n<li>Experience from infrastructure projects preferably reinforcement and concrete structures;<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);<\/li>\n<li>Interest in the BIM\/VDC area and willing to learn new software constantly;<\/li>\n<li>Good to have: Grasshopper\/Rhino, ProjectWise, programming skills (Python, SQL, C#, VBA etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private Medical Care &amp;
