Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

To consolidate and further develop its activities within the Italian Market, 3E is looking for a\u00a0PV & BESS Engineer\u00a0<\/strong>in Italy. We are looking for a ‘do-er’, somebody who is not afraid to explore the unknown and to work independently, and who can combine multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n

Of course, there are some non-negotiables:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • You will manage energy yield calculation studies and performance assessment.<\/li>\n
  • You will review overall project design, technology, and suggest potential improvements.<\/li>\n
  • You will review and advice on key construction contracts for and alongside clients.<\/li>\n
  • You will support project sponsor(s) and lender(s) throughout the financial close process, or during development or construction.<\/li>\n
  • You will assess technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to reduce risk on project CAPEX, OPEX and revenues.<\/li>\n
  • You will follow up project construction and acceptance (PAC, IAC, FAC).<\/li>\n
  • You will be the primary point of contact towards the customer.<\/li>\n
  • You will take ownership on your own projects which you will deliver from A to Z.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
      \n
    • You hold an\u00a0Electrical\/Mechanical engineering\u00a0<\/strong>degree or\u00a0Energy Engineering\u00a0<\/strong>degree.<\/li>\n
    • You have\u00a02-5 years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0within the\u00a0Italian Renewable Energy Market<\/strong>, working on energy yield calculations, conceptual designs, defining tenders, reviewing development, construction and commissioning follow-up of solar installations.<\/li>\n
    • You understand the permitting process of\u00a0PV\u00a0<\/strong>&\u00a0BESS<\/strong>\u00a0projects in Italy.<\/li>\n
    • You combine strong technical knowledge with\u00a0strong communication skills.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • You have\u00a0strong organisation\u00a0<\/strong>& prioritisation skills; you are stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and able to handle several projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n
    • You have experience in\u00a0grid connection<\/strong>\u00a0and construction of\u00a0PV plants<\/strong>\u00a0in Italy.<\/li>\n
    • You are team oriented and open to\u00a0travel\u00a0<\/strong>regularly for periods to project sites in Italy.<\/li>\n
    • You have a high sense of\u00a0responsibility<\/strong>, professional attitude and quality focus.<\/li>\n
    • You are fluent in\u00a0Italian\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0English<\/strong>. Spanish is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
