Your responsibilities will range from overseeing the onboarding of new clients to managing the ongoing success of mature accounts. This role demands a proactive approach to account management, issue detection, and continuous platform and service improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0<strong>Account Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage 5 to 15 mature customer accounts simultaneously, monitoring their KPIs and periodically evaluating their success and value from SynaptiQ.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and aligning services with their business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for\u00a0upselling\u00a0and cross-selling, enhancing customer engagement and value.<\/li>\n<li>Define and report on success metrics for each account, including customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue generated from upselling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Issue and Opportunity Detection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously monitor the health metrics of our customer base to identify critical patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively address potential issues and identify opportunities for further engagement and improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Client Onboarding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage 1 to 3 onboarding projects at a time, tailoring the process to meet each client&#8217;s unique needs and guiding them towards becoming a mature customer.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a seamless and effective integration of new clients onto the SynaptiQ platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Training and Webinars:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive training sessions and webinars for clients to ensure proficient use of the SynaptiQ platform.<\/li>\n<li>Develop user guides and training materials tailored to client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Foster customer advocacy by creating case studies, testimonials, and facilitating customer references that highlight the success and value of our platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively within the Customer Success team and with other teams, including Presales, Support, and Development.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the ongoing growth and improvement of the platform and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-requirements-title\" data-ui=\"job-requirements\">\n<p id=\"job-requirements-title\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>To successfully fill this role, we are looking for someone with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master&#8217;s degree in\u00a0<strong>Engineering<\/strong>, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a\u00a0<strong>customer-facing<\/strong>\u00a0role, ideally in a high-growth environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing customer relationships and ensuring customer success.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and customer metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Full professional proficiency in English, with additional languages such as Dutch or French being a bonus.<\/li>\n<li>A commercial mindset, balanced with the ability to manage hands-on work and strategic projects.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>proactive, results-driven attitude<\/strong>\u00a0with a strong &#8220;get things done&#8221; mentality.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional personal attributes, including empathy, patience, excellent listening skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus points for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the energy industry (particularly solar, wind, or storage).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CRM or customer success software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-benefits-title\" data-ui=\"job-benefits\">\n<p id=\"job-benefits-title\"><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Our offices are hidden in the centre of Brussels with a view on a pond, with ducks and a heron bringing a regular visit.
