What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this newly created role, you’ll have the freedom to develop and implement a sales strategy for our Switches and Sockets (Wiring Accessories), helping ABB expand its footprint and reach new heights. Your mission will be to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Build up the Market in this unique Segment find all the Stakeholders and Customers to build up a solid Sales strategy to Growth<\/li>\n
  • Drive success by using creative sales strategies to add value to both ABB and our customers<\/li>\n
  • Identify and seize new opportunities in the market of Electrical Wiring Components and Accessories, creating demand and promoting our full range of products to both existing and potential customers<\/li>\n
  • Engage with a diverse group of customers\u2014ranging from specifiers, designers and architects to electricians, distributors, and end-users\u2014 introducing them to ABB\u2019s solutions through regular visits<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate and share insights with colleagues across divisions and countries, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork<\/li>\n
  • Champion ABB’s products with impactful marketing activities and share the value proposition to help customers understand what makes us unique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • At least 3 years of sales experience within the electrical installation B2B and\/or B2C market. Experience in selling electrical wiring components and accessories.<\/li>\n
    • Existing network and deep understanding of the electrical installation market<\/li>\n
    • A strong sense for trends in design, aesthetics and technology innovations<\/li>\n
    • A Technical or Electrical education\/degree (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n
    • Availability to travel up to 80% – domestic travel<\/li>\n
    • Location: Poland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
