The Subsea Control Unit (SCU) is a topside located unit that provides operator control and monitoring of subsea wells and manifolds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the responsible engineer for the Subsea Control Unit (SCU) in delivery projects<\/li>\n<li>Take charge of the SCU detailed engineering during project execution, including preparation of SCU software functionality specifications, SCU cabinet hardware specifications, and other technical documentation<\/li>\n<li>Be the technical point of contact towards the SCU 3rd party supplier, ensuring delivery in accordance with our design input<\/li>\n<li>Witness the SCU Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at the SCU 3rd party supplier&#8217;s facility to verify SCU functionality and HMI graphics<\/li>\n<li>Support the Extended Factory Acceptance Test (EFAT) for the SCU part executed at TechnipFMC&#8217;s facility<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the global multidisciplinary project team<\/li>\n<li>Participate in technical reviews and workshops<\/li>\n<li>Some travel will be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree, or other relevant education, within Control Systems, Automation Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Preferably have 2-10 years of work experience within Control System Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Can handle a 3rd party SCU supplier<\/li>\n<li>Can support the Controls Lead Engineer in interactions with the Client<\/li>\n<li>Have high level of autonomy in task execution<\/li>\n<li>Are analytical and have excellent attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Are solution oriented and structured in your approach to complex challenges<\/li>\n<li>Are proactive and continuously learn from every situation<\/li>\n<li>Have relation building abilities and work well in a team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Subsea Control Unit &#8211;
