Initially, the key focus will be on our business in Ireland, UK &amp; Sweden; however, there will be opportunities to gain exposure across other jurisdictions as the business continues to grow.<\/p>\n<p>This role supports various HR functions including HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, payroll support, and systems administration. The HR Generalist acts as a key liaison between employees and management, promoting a positive and compliant workplace culture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR Administration, Reporting &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.<\/li>\n<li>Support people and data reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, company policies, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting with new country set up as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in audits and reporting for HR and compliance purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits &amp; Payroll Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer employee benefits, onboarding and offboarding processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation and deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Support annual benefits renewals and related employee communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employee Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and day-to-day support.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a respectful, positive and inclusive workplace environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Management &amp; Reward<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support performance review cycles and assist in goal-setting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.<\/li>\n<li>Support annual salary review and promotion processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Projects &amp; Culture Initiatives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support employee engagement programs, surveys, and recognition initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in company wide HR projects as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First point of contact for general HR-related queries (employee life cycle management).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).<\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 years of HR Generalist experience.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data validation and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Previous work experience with European employment law and landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with people in multi-national environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborative approach to delivery and effective stakeholder partnering.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and organizational ability.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently across multiple regions.
