We\u2019re invested in your journey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract &amp; Commercial Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer NEC3\/4 contracts (Options A, C &amp; E) from the client side<\/li>\n<li>Support budget control, forecasting, and defined cost planning<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with QS teams on monthly valuations and payment certificates<\/li>\n<li>Assist in drafting contractual communications (EWNs, CE notifications, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct initial scope planning and feasibility assessments<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of submissions<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<li>Engage early with contractors during design phases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Execution &amp; Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor project progress, cash flow, and expenditure<\/li>\n<li>Support delivery through change management and variation handling<\/li>\n<li>Participate in dispute resolution and final account preparation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate record keeping and contract compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Support &amp; Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help identify opportunities for process improvement and best practice<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project databases, visuals, and supporting collateral<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to internal reporting, governance, and delivery reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why You\u2019ll Thrive Here?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate within a high-performing team that values engineering excellence<\/li>\n<li>Access projects across sectors with real social and environmental impact<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working flexibility and varied client exposure<\/li>\n<li>Structured development pathways\u2014whether you\u2019re targeting chartership, sector mobility, or sharpening delivery capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we need from you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s Degree qualification in a numeric degree<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Working towards Membership of a chartered body such as APM at MAPM.<\/li>\n<li>Valid CSCS card; Water Hygiene Card desirable<\/li>\n<li>An experienced user of the NEC3-4 suite of contracts (A-C-E must have)<\/li>\n<li>You must have the right to work in the UK<\/li>\n<li><strong>This role is subject to a client interview and acceptance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>This role is 3 or 4\u00a0days in the client&#8217;s office (Midlands)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role Project Managers \u2013 Deliver Excellence with Egis UK Join the team that\u2019s shaping the UK\u2019s infrastructure future.
