Our focus are High-Voltage Substations, Green Hydrogen Platforms, Gas Production and Processing Modules, Carbon Capturing Storage infrastructures and Steel Jacket Foundations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For leading projects within the offshore renewable wind industry and the oil and gas industry, Smulders HSM is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will contribute to the safe, efficient and high-quality execution of all commissioning activities. You will work closely with the Project Manager, clients and subcontractors, ensuring a professional, structured and well-coordinated commissioning process from preparation through to execution.<\/p>\n<p>As Commissioning Manager, you will play a key role in setting up the project-specific commissioning system, preparing commissioning procedures and leading the commissioning team during project execution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Commissioning Manager, your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Setting up the project-specific commissioning system.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and managing commissioning procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing and coordinating the commissioning team.<\/li>\n<li>Taking over the Mechanical Completion system in order to start commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Leading a team of commissioning engineers during the execution of commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring clear, complete and accurate reporting throughout the commissioning process.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating commissioning activities with the Project Manager, clients, subcontractors and other project disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring progress, quality and safety during commissioning execution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, project requirements and HSE standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for a driven and experienced professional who enjoys working on complex technical projects and knows how to bring people, disciplines and processes together effectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A completed MTS or HBO degree in Electrical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably certification as an installation responsible person or work responsible person for low-voltage installations.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in project execution within the wind, oil and gas or similar heavy industry.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience as a Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Engineer within large multidisciplinary projects of more than \u20ac30 million.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for electrical installations, including ATEX, EMC, NEN 1010, NEN 3140 and NEN-EN-IEC 60079-14.<\/li>\n<li>A valid VCA-VOL certificate.<\/li>\n<li>A structured, safety-conscious and quality-driven way of working.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to lead teams and maintain overview in a dynamic project environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Smulders HSM offers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A challenging role within a leading company in the offshore substation sector.<\/li>\n<li>A pleasant working environment with skilled and experienced colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to contribute to large-scale, sustainable offshore wind projects.<\/li>\n<li>A competitive salary and attractive benefits package in accordance with the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement, including a 60% employer pension contribution.<\/li>\n<li>27 vacation days and 13 additional days off.<\/li>\n<li>Development budget available for job-related training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Smulders HSM is an integrated solution provider in EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning) of multi-disciplinary offshore projects.
