A core component of this role is the essential knowledge of Bazefield tools.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OT System Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding and supporting the existing OT landscape of applications.<\/li>\n<li>Integrating new data sources into existing application landscapes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and accessing 3rd party SQL Databases.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting incident and problem management aligned with ITIL4 principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SCADA Systems Integration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing technical solutions in collaboration with multi-national teams.<\/li>\n<li>Realizing interfaces for data connection of decentralized energy production\u00a0plants.<\/li>\n<li>Integrating new energy-producing plants into 2nd level SCADA systems.<\/li>\n<li>Continual improvement of data processing through optimization and automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Support and Customer Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing 3rd level support for existing and future applications.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a main contact for Active Directory Migration project<\/li>\n<li>Supporting knowledge transfer to 1st Level Support teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in computer science\/information systems or business informatics with a focus on automation technology.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years experience in real-time data processing, preferably in process industry or utilities.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience with SCADA systems, real time data acquisition, and Alarm &amp; Event handling.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in industrial communication protocols like OPC-DA, OPC-UA, IEC60870-5-104, Modbus, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Critical knowledge and skills in Bazefield<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of relational database systems such as MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL.<\/li>\n<li>Self-sufficient and able to take ownership and drive issues to resolution<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and people management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with multinational teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We aim to make your time with us as rewarding as possible by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
