Role description:<\/strong><\/p>\n To lead and manage the construction phase of data centre projects, ensuring delivery to client requirements, within time, cost, and quality standards, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. You will be the primary site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-availability mission-critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n Working in Country on 11\/3 rotation or long term assignment options (Finland or Norway)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Role accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Preconstruction Phase\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Collaborate with architects and owners to advise on materials, methods, systems, phasing, and cost strategies.<\/p>\n Support design development by providing constructability reviews and recommendations.<\/p>\n Assist in developing bid packages and trade contract strategies.<\/p>\n Construction Phase\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.<\/p>\n Manage subcontractors and coordinate construction activities across disciplines.<\/p>\n Establish and maintain procedures for shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.<\/p>\n Manage the progress of works\u00a0 against schedule and budget, reporting deviations and proposing mitigation actions.<\/p>\n -Manage the Arcadis team to ensure attendance and full coverage of of all site activities<\/p>\n General Duties\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Act as the primary site representative, liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.<\/p>\n Ensure all work complies with contract documents and statutory requirements.<\/p>\n Maintain accurate project documentation and support handover processes.<\/p>\n Qualifications & Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.<\/p>\n Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.<\/p>\n Familiarity with CDM regulations and environmental compliance.<\/p>\n Professional certifications (e.g., CIOB, PMP) preferred.<\/p>\n Skills & Competencies\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n – Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
