{"id":16980,"date":"2026-05-28T12:38:40","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T10:38:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=16980"},"modified":"2026-05-28T12:38:40","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T10:38:40","slug":"fluence-sr-scheduler-m-f-d-berlin-niemcy","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/fluence-sr-scheduler-m-f-d-berlin-niemcy\/","title":{"rendered":"Sr Scheduler (m\/f\/d)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Develop and Maintain Project Schedules<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).<\/li>\n<li>Integrate the schedules of Balance of Plant (BOP) contractors and other subcontractors into the master schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Define project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies based on project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the integrity of scheduling programs and provide recommendations for improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform real-time updates on schedules to support on-the-spot time analysis and continuously refine schedules throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monitor Project Progress<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regularly track project activities and monitor progress against the established baseline.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with contractors to ensure timely provision of data.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or risks and proactively work with the project team to mitigate and resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze critical path constraints to determine the effects of changes to the schedule and recommend workarounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contribute to Project Coordination Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements, identify tasks, and allocate resources.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project timelines and dependencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resource Management and Optimization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficiently allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, based on project priorities and constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Identify resource gaps or conflicts and propose solutions to maintain adherence to the project schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risk Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address schedule deviations in collaboration with SMEs.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate potential schedule impacts due to changes in scope, resource availability, or external factors, providing recommendations for mitigating risks.<\/li>\n<li>Provide necessary inputs for extension of time (EOT) claims to mitigate liquidated damage (LD) risk, including As-planned\/As-built Analysis and Time Impact Analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documentation and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate project schedules and all related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Regularly prepare status reports, progress updates, and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, schedule variances, and critical issues\/concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in project scheduling.<\/li>\n<li>Implement best practices, lessons learned, and industry standards to optimize execution and enhance scheduling efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Portfolio Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver sound portfolio reporting that combines in-flight and upcoming projects.<\/li>\n<li>Act as an integral member of the Business Unit Team, providing resource management and planning management advisory.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize and develop data dashboards for effective portfolio management to support decision-making at the Business Unit level.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the establishment of standards, tools, and templates in accordance with regional and global guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6, including resource planning and portfolio management.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical\u00a0Skills:\u00a0Excellent\u00a0analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration:\u00a0Strong\u00a0ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple complex tasks\/projects.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 minimum);
