This once\u2011in\u2011a\u2011generation programme offers you a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on nationally significant infrastructure. \u00a0You will be part of a business that combines technical excellence, innovation and purpose, delivering complex turnkey solutions that genuinely matter.<\/p>\n

You will step into a newly created role across Health & Safety and CDM, with a remit that includes:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Be seen as the subject matter expert for Principal Designer duties, CDM compliance, governance and Safety in Design,<\/li>\n
  • Build and foster a positive, partnership\u2011led H&S culture, recognised by all stakeholders as a trusted advisor.<\/li>\n
  • Manage and continually improve H&S and CDM systems, processes, policies, procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Undertake H&S performance reviews and audits, driving improvement and lessons learned actions.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with CDM Regulations and relevant legislation.<\/li>\n
  • Support incident investigations, expiditing effective close\u2011out (including Intelex) and sharing lessons learned.<\/li>\n
  • Promote HSE best practice internally, externally and across the supply chain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

    Here’s what you’ll need<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n

    Our team would be delighted to hear from candidates with a real blend of the following skills, experience and attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Chartered membership of IOSH.<\/li>\n
    • Membership of the APS.<\/li>\n
    • In-depth knowledge and experience of \u00a0within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrable experience delivering H&S solutions to complex high value Infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n
    • Track record in advising project teams on Safety in Design compliance.<\/li>\n
