The department main priorities are the integration and maintenance of all electrical and software components that enable efficient turbine operation, grid compliance, and advanced monitoring capabilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical queries, variations, and payment claims are assessed promptly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all work carried out follows Vestas Quality and Site Safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to understand root causes and translate findings into actionable solutions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify operational issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of turbine control principles, generator\/converter behavior, and grid compliance<\/li>\n<li>Experience with control system diagnostics and embedded software environments<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with PLC programming, software update processes, and version control<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within structured product\u2011development processes and internal engineering procedures<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends<\/li>\n<li>Motivated mindset with a focus on structured problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Effective communicator who bridges technical and non-technical teams<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative contributor with experience working across departments and with field teams<\/li>\n<li>Capable of adjusting to new conditions and inspired to contribute to improvements<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in multicultural, international environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer an exciting and international role in the sustainable energy sector, where you will be part of a global leader in wind turbine technology.
