If you\u2019re motivated by continuous improvement and want to help implement effective practices for renewable energy manufacturing, this role is your chance to grow.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Vestas Technology &amp; Operations &gt; Manufacturing &gt; PEX\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Global Manufacturing Process and Production Excellence Center &#8211; PEX Logistics Excellence Team is part of Global Manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">PEX Logistics Excellence Team scope comprises of the below- Secure delivery of Transformation, NPI \/ ramp-up projects for Logistics work streams, Optimise end to end Logistics operations using Lean principles- Designing material flow concepts, Validation of material flow and steps in line with Takt (including processes, tools and equipment)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Design, standardize, and optimize logistics and warehouse processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. Promote continuous improvement through process excellence, digitalization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure seamless SAP integration and stable operations across global logistics functions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process Design &amp; Implementation<\/li>\n<li>Performance Monitoring &amp; Stabilization<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Improvement &amp; Lean Projects<\/li>\n<li>End to End Value Stream Mapping<\/li>\n<li>Automation &amp; Digitalization and Reporting &amp; Governance<\/li>\n<li>Sustainability, Compliance and Operational Excellence<\/li>\n<li>Project Leadership &amp; Collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Change Management &amp; Training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in logistics, Logistics engineering, Material flow optimization or process excellence roles<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge in warehouse\/logistics operations and SAP EWM (or similar systems)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced analytical skills and experience with KPI dashboards and data-driven decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Project management and stakeholder engagement experience across functions and geographies<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic and analytical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Process orientation and continuous improvement mindset<\/li>\n<li>Change management and leadership<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and the ability to persuade others<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven focus on cost, service, and sustainability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer good professional and personal development prospects in an inspiring, international work environment at a global manufacturer in the renewables industry.
