As an effective communicator with a global mindset, you will align teams, engage stakeholders, and continuously raise the bar for both performance and leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Region NCE &amp; Global Offshore &gt; Global Offshore &gt; Global Offshore CPX Commissioning Specialists &amp; Field Trainers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Global Offshore Execution is responsible for delivering site management and supervisory resources across pre-installation, installation, and commissioning phases. The department plays a critical role in developing skilled teams and individuals to meet both current and future business needs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The manager will lead a team of approximately 15\u201320 Commissioning Lead Site Managers. These individuals serve as the responsible site managers onboard Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), overseeing and coordinating commissioning activities across offshore construction projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Lead and develop teams and individuals, ensuring alignment with Vestas\u2019 culture and strategic objectives<\/li>\n<li>Oversee hiring and retention while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and high performance<\/li>\n<li>Create a positive work environment with a focus on employee well-being and work\u2013life balance<\/li>\n<li>Hold budget responsibility and ensure effective allocation of resources<\/li>\n<li>Support projects and key stakeholders by providing capable and well-trained resources<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operational readiness by maintaining a workforce to meet business demands<\/li>\n<li>Manage the overall direction of Offshore Execution and I&amp;C Management, including continuous improvement initiatives and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Minimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a leadership role within the wind industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading remotely, including managing leaders and teams effectively<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) standards<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in project management<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of operational processes<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in IT systems, including MS Office and SAP<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective planning and coordination abilities<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to adjust and respond to change<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate across diverse and multicultural teams<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable navigating complex governance structures<\/li>\n<li>Capable of building effective cross-functional relationships<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently to offshore project sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be joining a team of skilled, talented colleagues who are genuinely passionate about wind energy and focused on delivering the best outcomes for our customers.
