Our supervisors work on activities in (quality, installation, and commissioning) both on-\/offshore, supporting some of the largest wind farm projects in the world. Resource provision for areas across the business, such as Service, Blades, Special projects and ad-hoc tasks within NCE.\u00a0You will also have the opportunity to work across all platforms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project day-to-day planning &amp; creating service work orders in ERP (SAP), checking consumed parts and closing work orders<\/li>\n<li>Support planning, management and deployment of resources<\/li>\n<li>Supervising and coordinating on-site operations<\/li>\n<li>Daily toolbox talk<\/li>\n<li>Completion checks of AWP\u2019s and PWI\u2019s as well as support on changes of AWP\u2019s and PWI\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating vessel transfer with local O\/M<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems, in wind, offshore, and HV environments<\/li>\n<li>Marine Engineer, Electrician, or technical degree from a school\/college\/university<\/li>\n<li>High voltage knowledge and switching experience<\/li>\n<li>Full Driving License<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills, MS Office and SAP knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Positive and motivating attitude with a problem-solving approach<\/li>\n<li>Efficient Continuous Improvement mindset<\/li>\n<li>Motivated and focused<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills\/ Taking the lead<\/li>\n<li>Good process understanding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The opportunity to work in an established position in one of the world&#8217;s largest wind industry&#8217;s multi-brand service providers and to work in a company that offers innovative career development opportunities.
