The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe execution of work through effective PTW management, coordination, and training.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Establish, implement, and operate the Permit to Work (PTW) system for construction and commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper execution of PTW processes for hot work, work at height, confined space entry, lifting operations, excavation, and SIMOPS.<\/li>\n<li>Review and control Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RA) required for permitted activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate daily PTW activities with Construction, HSE, and subcontractor teams.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor field execution to verify implementation of approved permits, control measures, and safety conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Track work progress, permit status, and close-out actions in a structured and disciplined manner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain PTW registers, records, and reporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Support site coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of PTW practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with the Polish Labour Code (Kodeks Pracy) and applicable BHP regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with project-specific HSE requirements and internationally recognized PTW best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver comprehensive PTW training programs for site personnel, including clear definition of roles and responsibilities (e.g., Permit Issuer, Permit Receiver, Performing Authority, Isolating Authority, and Area Authority).<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver PTW training presentations and guidance materials, ensuring personnel are fully aware of who is authorized to issue permits, who can receive permits, and their respective responsibilities within the PTW system.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure training effectiveness through participation records, feedback, and continuous improvement of training
