We also provide local services to customers and technical leadership to the rest of the Group in these sectors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview of the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities and duties include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the central point of coordination for all members of the TA team<\/li>\n<li>Manage the interface between the TA team and the Design Team Lead<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and effective collaboration among all TA disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the delivery of services to ensure they meet quality, time, and budget expectations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all statutory and client approvals are obtained as required<\/li>\n<li>Lead the preparation and submission of all required documents and reports<\/li>\n<li>Maintain ongoing consultation with the client and design team throughout all project stages<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that communication is clear, consistent, and responsive to client needs<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage changes to the scope of services, including those arising from client instructions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive records of decisions, approvals, and project progress<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and maintenance of programmes and schedules, including dependencies and resources<\/li>\n<li>Identify and monitor project risks and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Lead project governance reviews<\/li>\n<li>Successful administration of the JCT suite of contracts (or similar) for professional and contractor commissions as dictated by the projects, addressing performance to ensure contractually successful outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the project\u2019s health, safety and wellbeing representative, acting on advice provided to ensure that project \/ contractor CDM and Health and Safety compliance matters are satisfactorily discharged and\/or adhered to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project management expertise across a range of disciplines, contract\/procurement routes and market sectors<\/li>\n<li>Expert communication skills including writing reports and presenting<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, stakeholders, colleagues and the supply chain<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to work, this may involve regular travel to construction sites \/ client offices<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team coordination<\/li>\n<li>Technical rigour and attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working on projects in the pharmaceutial manufacturing sector, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>APM Chartered Project Professional status (ChPP), or equivalent Chartership<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate both autonomously and as a part of a larger team<\/li>\n<li>Line management or team leader experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT Skills \u2013 Word\/Excel\/PowerPoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the\u202fbusiness\u202funit\u202f The Buildings Unit (BLD) has a major presence in Mott MacDonald&#8217;s regional offices throughout the UK and mainland Europe, providing a wide range of diverse and transferable cross-sector&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_rate_min":"","_rate_max":"","_company_name":"Mott MacDonald","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[576],"job-types":[167],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-18105","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_category-construction","job_listing_type-permanent-job","job-level-manager-en","job-level-senior-en","job-type-contract-of-employment"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
