For this role we follow a remote or hybrid work structure where you can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How You&#8217;ll Make an Impact:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support global benchmarking activities such as salary surveys, salary ranges and ad-hoc analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in different compensation projects by analyzing large amounts of data and providing recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the Workday processes for around 300\u2019000 employees globally.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Mercer job evaluations including drafting job descriptions, running interviews, collecting data, performing job matching, calibration and evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in various global grading projects e.g. acquisitions, expansions and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in defining and implementing compensation standards and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on the processes and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in grading and compensation audits.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend enhancements and simplifications to existing processes and procedures based on customers\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n<li>More than 3 years of professional experience in the compensation area (regional role is a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Basic in Mercer job evaluation and job matching methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the annual compensation cycle activities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong practical use of MS Office with an advanced focus on Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed analytical and communication skills, excellent customer service and team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Learning ability combined with high flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>High degree of personal responsibility, team-oriented with ability to work independently and fluent in spoken and written English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with extensive knowledge of Mercer job evaluation methodology, global benchmarking and annual compensation cycle activities.
