You will lead a small core team while working in a matrix structure, driving alignment across factories and strengthening Planning &amp; Fulfillment maturity &#8211; particularly within <strong>Sales and Operations Planning (S&amp;OP).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will act as a key connector between sites and stakeholders, ensuring consistent processes, strong collaboration, and reliable execution across the value chain. The role is based in a hybrid setup and involves regular travel across Europe.<\/p>\n<p><b>How you\u2019ll make an impact<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You lead and continuously improve planning, procurement, and fulfillment processes across the European Transformers Hub, ensuring alignment across multiple sites.<\/li>\n<li>You review and guide the unconstrained demand plan and contribute to finished goods optimization, improving demand accuracy and strengthening the alignment between load and capacity.<\/li>\n<li>You facilitate and drive S&amp;OP processes with local teams, ensuring consistency with global guidelines and improving overall planning maturity.<\/li>\n<li>You define and implement planning governance, tools, and KPIs, creating structure and transparency across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>You work closely with factories to strengthen SAP usage and improve data quality, enabling better decision-making and process reliability.<\/li>\n<li>You support improvements in work preparation and production readiness, ensuring smoother execution and reduced operational disruptions.<\/li>\n<li>You clarify roles and responsibilities across Planning &amp; Fulfillment teams and foster effective communication across the value chain.<\/li>\n<li>You coach and develop local teams, enabling proactive communication and structured responses to customer and operational challenges.<\/li>\n<li>You guide teams from reactive firefighting toward preventive, process-driven ways of working.<\/li>\n<li>You act as an orchestrator across factories and stakeholders, aligning priorities and ensuring execution in a complex, international matrix environment.<\/li>\n<li>You support crisis situations by driving structured countermeasures and ensuring sustainable, root-cause-based solutions.<\/li>\n<li>You contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives within Planning &amp; Fulfillment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Your background<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have proven experience in Planning &amp; Fulfillment management within a complex manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>You have worked in Engineering-to-Order and\/or Make-to-Order industries.<\/li>\n<li>You understand factory operations and bring hands-on experience or exposure to production environments.<\/li>\n<li>You are able to operate at a senior level &#8211; setting direction, implementing processes, and influencing outcomes across functions.<\/li>\n<li>You have experience working across multiple sites and in international environments.<\/li>\n<li>You communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at different levels, including leadership.<\/li>\n<li>You have experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.<\/li>\n<li>You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>You prioritize effectively, take ownership, and maintain a structured and solution-oriented approach to your work.<\/li>\n<li>You collaborate well across functions and cultures and contribute to building strong, aligned teams.<\/li>\n<li>You pay attention to detail and focus on delivering sustainable, high-quality solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a Planning &amp;
