Following the integration of leadership and teams across the UK and Ireland, and with both countries seeing substantial infrastructure investment, this role will help drive our ambitious global brand growth plans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications for UK and Ireland, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across all channels, supporting our commercial growth and strengthening our brand in the UK and Ireland. Acting as a key adviser to business and technical leaders, you will manage sector-specific campaigns, oversee Marketing Executives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Advise technical and operations teams on campaign strategy and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Create compelling content and drive digital marketing improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage budgets, agency partners, and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure campaigns align with regional and group initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report campaign effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor team members and collaborate with commercial teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we need from you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 experience in marketing communications, ideally in engineering, infrastructure, or professional services.<\/li>\n<li>Strong strategic, creative, and digital marketing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and junior staff.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in marketing, business, or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role We are seeking a Marketing &amp; Communications Manager to join our dynamic marketing communications team at an exciting time in Egis\u2019s growth.
