This is a unique opportunity for technically passionate engineer to launch their engineering career driving innovation and contributing to national and international groundbreaking projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Arup, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Infrastructure and Structural teams across a wide range of national and international projects, engaging in field and office-based activities under the supervision of senior staff.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, supervise, and report on ground investigations, ensuring accurate data collection and comprehensive reporting, ensuring clarity and precision.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to technical analysis, modelling, and reporting, applying your academic knowledge to real-world challenges for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating design solutions (foundations, retaining structures, underground structures, slopes and earthworks) to technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to geotechnical research engaging with Arup global Ground Engineering Skills Network, Universities and research partners, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Does this role inspire you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for graduates who is passionate about technical excellence and innovation. We also value:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent (acquired or to be acquired within the current year);<\/li>\n<li>Plan to acquire membership with a relevant professional body (Ordine degli Ingegneri);<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and apply new concepts;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative environment;<\/li>\n<li>High motivation, proactivity and willingness to take on new challenges;<\/li>\n<li>Interest and ability in digital space 3D modelling, scripting, or GIS would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Arup?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Arup, we believe in investing in our people and supporting their growth from day one.
